The Virtual Pet app does not collect any data. The app runs entirely on your own computer. It does not collect, store, track or transmit any personal information. All data collection described in this policy happens only on this website.

We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the website and fulfil your order:

• Analytics data. We use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to collect anonymous usage data such as pages visited, time on page, device type, browser and approximate location.
• Reservation form. When you fill in our order form (hosted on Google Forms) we collect the name, email address, mobile number and platform choice you provide.
• Custom Pet photos. If you order a Custom Pet, we collect the dog photo you choose to send, only to create your personalised app.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To contact you about your order and arrange payment and delivery.
• To build and deliver the app, including a Custom Pet when ordered.
• To provide support and answer your questions.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We use trusted service providers to run the site: Google Analytics for usage statistics and Google Forms for order details. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We may share information if required by law.
