These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of the Virtual Pet app and this website. By buying or using Virtual Pet you agree to these terms.
Virtual Pet is a desktop companion app for macOS or Windows. Each purchase gives you the app for one platform of your choice, macOS or Windows, not both.
Virtual Pet is a one time payment with lifetime access. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and may change over time, but a completed purchase is honoured at the price you paid.
After your payment is confirmed we send a download link and instructions by email or mobile. The Custom Pet option is made by hand and takes a little longer to deliver.
For a Custom Pet you send a photo of your dog. You confirm that you own or have the right to use that photo. We create a personalised version of the app based on it. Turnaround time varies because each Custom Pet is made by hand.
Virtual Pet is a digital product delivered directly to you, so purchases are generally final once delivered. If the app does not run on a supported system and we cannot help you get it working, we will offer a refund at our discretion. Custom Pet orders that are already in production may not be refundable.
All art, code and content in Virtual Pet and on this site are owned by us. Your purchase gives you a license to use the app, not ownership of it.
Virtual Pet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it light and reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be error free on every system.
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the app or this site. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of India.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a new date.
